Цей том Кулінарної енциклопедії став для мене справжнім відкриттям! Від першої до останньої сторінки книга наповнена цікавими фактами та смачними рецептами, які зможуть задовольнити навіть найвибагливіших гурманів. Я особливо вражений розділом про чай, шоколад та яйця — автори детально описують не лише способи приготування, а й історію та культурні особливості цих продуктів. Рецепти штруделю та еклерів стали справжнім хітом на моїй кухні, а курчата тютюну вразили своїм смаком та ароматом. Незважаючи на деякі недоліки в перекладі, які, на жаль, іноді трапляються, загальне враження від книги залишається позитивним. Я із задоволенням рекомендую цю енциклопедію всім, хто хоче розширити свої кулінарні горизонти та спробувати нові смачні страви з різних кухонь світу!
