- DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF UKRAINE
Our store, together with our partner Ukrposhta, delivers goods to most countries of the world. In particular, delivery is made to Poland, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, Canada, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, France, Spain, Czech Republic, Romania, Turkey, Georgia, Italy. We are constantly working to expand the delivery area of our products. Currently, delivery to these countries is free.
After sending, you can track the sent parcel by using the invoice number via the service's website or by calling the hotline.
Please note that the product must be paid for before shipment. The delivery time depends on the location of the country, and on average ranges from 3 to 14 days.
- DELIVERY WITHIN UKRAINE
Delivery of selected goods is carried out throughout Ukraine , regardless of the region of residence (except for the temporarily occupied territories and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea).
There is no pickup from the store.
BY COURIER IN KIEV
The cost of delivery in Kiev is free of charge. You can see the delivery time on the product page. Most products can be received on the day of the order. After completing the application, our managers will contact you to specify a convenient time and place of receipt.
A professional courier team allows you to get to any part of the capital, regardless of weather conditions and other factors. We are not looking for excuses! We deliver on time!

Delivery of parcels by prepayment is carried out with confirmation of your identity (passport, driver's license, registered bank card, student ID card, etc.).
Payment with The Courier is made in UAH. Please indicate the need to prepare the rest in advance by phone or in any other way.
NOVAPOCHTA
Any product can be sent by cash on delivery (without prepayment) to the selected branch of Novaya Pochta. The average delivery time is 1-3 days (depending on the region). We send messages every day, during the opening days of the post office (Monday-Saturday).

Please note that the cost of cash on delivery is 2% of the order amount + 20 UAH + logistics costs (on average, 40-50 UAH). You can make a prepayment in a convenient way to save on shipping costs.
The storage period of parcels at the Novaya Pochta branch is 5 business days, after which the goods are sent back.

Have a passport or other document confirming your identity with you.
The parcel's shelf life is 2-3 weeks, and the first 5 days are free of charge. Ukrposhta is obliged to notify you of receipt of the parcel at the branch within a day.
