Кулінарна енциклопедія Том 37 - це справжня знахідка для всіх, хто любить готувати та експериментувати на кухні. Цей том охоплює широкий спектр тем, від основних інгредієнтів, таких як кроп і оцет, до складних рецептів, як-от качка по-пекінськи. Я був вражений різноманіттям рецептів, включаючи печиво тюїль та фалафель, які стали справжнім відкриттям для мене. Особливо цікаво було дізнатися про страви з узбецької та української кухні, які я ніколи раніше не пробував.
