William-August Vasilyevich Pokhlebkin (1923-2000) is rightly called the “encyclopedia man” and the “culinary Mendeleev.” His creative work includes more than 40 books and 600 articles, translated into 16 languages, including Norwegian, Hungarian and Chinese. The demand for his works remains high and everyday throughout the world. Previously, there was an attempt to publish the author’s works in one volume and entitled it “The Great Encyclopedia of Culinary Art” with significant abbreviations. This compilation contains the full volume of books written by the author. Enjoy reading and using! I will add that in addition to his culinary works, his works on the history of Russia - “Rus and the Horde” and “Foreign Policy of Rus' over the Last 10,000 Years” - have also been undeservedly forgotten. Most likely, it was these works that shortened the life of this great man.
