The eighteenth century ended the era when rulers acted as patrons of the fine arts. In the middle of the century, a musical genius was born in Austria - Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. This boy’s talent manifested itself very early, and all of Europe came to admire his “heavenly music,” which is now often called “immortal.” However, his contemporaries did not properly appreciate the composer's work. He suffered from chronic lack of money, but until the end of his days he continued to write works that were later recognized as the pinnacle of world musical art. His immeasurable inhuman talent and exceptional talent became a symbol of the manifestation of the highest creative forces embodied in Mozart’s deeply vital works.
