I know how to overcome any fear and relieve stress. A bold statement, would you say? I have been a therapist specializing in the treatment of anxiety disorders for 20 years. Besides, I have never been the happy owner of a calm nervous system. Chronic nightmares, mysterious stomach pains and endless, consuming fear are my old friends.
