Martin Heidegger (1889 - 1976) - German philosopher, one of the creators and leaders of existential philosophy. With his works, M. Heidegger had a great influence on the development of modern philosophy, psychoanalysis and other trends in depth psychology, and all humanities. In a book dedicated to the work of F. Nietzsche, Heidegger conducts a polemic with him on issues of being and its meaning, problems of personality in the modern world, the origins of human abandonment, loneliness, anxiety and fear. This is a real philosophical duel in which Heidegger, using large fragments from the works of Nietzsche, gives his opponent the right to strike blows, and then reflects them, proving that the dark abyss of emptiness cannot be the basis of existence.
