Книга "Оповідання дідуся. Історія Шотландії" - це справжній скарб для всіх, хто цікавиться історією та культурою цієї чудової країни. Вальтер Скотт зумів створити твір, який не лише інформативний, але й захоплюючий, завдяки чому читач відчуває себе частиною описуваних подій. Його стиль написання легкий та зрозумілий, що робить книгу доступною як для дітей, так і для дорослих. Особливо вражає, як автор вдало поєднує факти з емоційними моментами, що дозволяє глибше зрозуміти дух епохи. Хоча переклад виконано за допомогою штучного інтелекту, загалом текст читається плавно, хоча й трапляються деякі неточності. Проте це не заважає насолоджуватися читанням.
