This work of the Forecasting and Analytical Center of the Academy of Management is devoted to the issues of genocide. The authors' goal was to show the truth about the most obvious harmful things that people need to know about first. The main means of genocide are alcohol, tobacco and other drugs. Of course, all bad “habits” are just consequences (and not the root cause) of why people are susceptible to them. The root causes why people resort to the “help” of psychotropic drugs (primarily alcohol and tobacco) must be sought in modern sources of mass stress to which society is exposed. Understanding that it is impossible to get closer to getting rid of stress without knowing the information that is given in this book, the authors dedicated it to overcoming people's ignorance in basic issues relating to personal and public safety. The work will be useful to the widest range of readers: first of all, all teachers of secondary and higher educational institutions, schoolchildren, students, as well as specialists of all types and levels of public service.

The text of the book was translated from the original language using an artificial intelligence program. For the most part, the translation of the text is of very high quality, but in some cases, due to the imperfection of the technology, there may be incorrect phrase translations in the text, as well as single words and expressions may not be translated.
