“Depth of the Sea” is the third part of the tetralogy by the famous Swedish writer Annika Thor. Based on real events, the story about little Jewish refugees taken from Austria to Sweden in 1939 brought the author several literary awards and the love of readers. The first two novels, “Island in the Sea” and “White Lily Pond,” have already been published by Samokat Publishing House, and the final novel, “The Open Sea,” is being prepared for publication. In 1999, the novel “Depth of the Sea” was awarded the August Strindberg Prize for the best book for children and teenagers.
