The success of the first anthology, “The Century of Translation” (2005), only provoked both poet-translators and readers: the publication of a new one was required. This time there are fifty participants, translations have been made from twenty-seven languages, and a solid section of literary heritage has appeared. The volume of the book is one and a half times larger than the previous one. At the end there is an index of translated authors (for both books) - almost 300 names. I would like to hope that this anthology will not be the last.
The text of the book was translated from the original language using an artificial intelligence program. For the most part, the translation of the text is of very high quality, but in some cases, due to the imperfection of the technology, there may be incorrect phrase translations in the text, as well as single words and expressions may not be translated.

Вражаюча антологія для поціновувачів поетичного перекладу!
Книга "Вік перекладу. Випуск 2" стала справжнім відкриттям для всіх, хто цікавиться поезією та перекладом. Це видання вражає своєю різноманітністю: тут зібрані переклади з двадцяти семи мов, що дозволяє читачеві зануритися в багатство світової літератури. Особливо вражає, що в антології взяли участь п'ятдесят талановитих поетів-перекладачів, які вклали свою душу в кожен рядок. Хоча деякі фрази можуть бути не зовсім коректними через використання штучного інтелекту, загальна якість перекладів вражає. Книга не тільки розширює горизонти розуміння поезії, але й відкриває нові перспективи для творчості. Це видання стане незамінним джерелом натхнення для всіх, хто хоче дослідити світ поетичного слова з різних культур. Сподіваюся, що ця антологія не стане останньою, адже вона дійсно заслуговує на увагу!
