“A Wreath for Bryusov” is published on the 140th anniversary of the Master’s birth. This is the most complete collection of poetic dedications to the poet to date. The book seeks to show the personal and literary image of Valery Bryusov as perceived by his contemporaries - from friends to foes, from fellow symbolists to unknown debutants. The collection, which includes 132 texts by 82 authors, includes not just works dedicated to Bryusov, but, as a rule, directly addressed to him or containing his “portrait.”
The text of the book was translated from the original language using an artificial intelligence program. For the most part, the translation of the text is of very high quality, but in some cases, due to the imperfection of the technology, there may be incorrect phrase translations in the text, as well as single words and expressions may not be translated.
