The novel “Fru Marta Oulie” (1907) by the Norwegian writer, Nobel Prize winner Sigrid Undset (1882-1949), which brought her success and recognition, tells the story of a love triangle. The image of the heroine in some ways echoes the image of Ibsen’s Nora, and in some ways is the opposite of it.
