Of course, this note could have been written and published before November 4, 2006 - “National Unity Day” - “for the holiday”, which the country, as it were, celebrated this year for the second time. But there is also a certain sense in turning to the topic of the November 4 holiday after it, when passions have subsided and you can focus on much more significant processes in the history of Rus' than one of the public holidays. The note brought to the attention of readers consists of two parts. B Part 1 contains facts related to the issues of “troubled times” and provides some comments on this fact. In addition, Part 1 includes two appendices that are best read before starting to read Part 1. Part 2 deals with the algorithms for generating unrest as a phenomenon by society in Rus' and about overcoming this algorithms. In addition, to understand some of the innuendos of this work, it is useful to read (or re-read) the work of the VP of the USSR in 2005, “The Psychological Aspect of the History and Prospects of the Current Global Civilization,” which talks about the formation of the Russian multinational civilization in the so-called “prehistoric time,” i.e. during a period of history from which written chronicles have not reached us. During the period of “that prehistory,” processes took place, the results of which largely “programmed” the course of subsequent history, as well as the prospects for the development of present-day Russia and humanity as a whole.
