We live not on the basis of knowledge of reliable history, but on the basis of historical myth, in which archaeological data, messages from ancient legends, surviving chronicles and forged falsifications are somehow interpreted. According to the dominant historical myth, modern humanity was born in the animal world, emerged in the Stone Age, the first regional civilizations arose about 5 - 7 thousand years ago, written history began about 3 thousand years ago. And thanks to written history, we can learn more or less well about the past of regional and global civilizations, starting from about the middle of the first millennium BC. The main thesis of this historical myth, cultivated over many centuries, in all its variations, which the reader himself must come to history textbooks and popular literature on near-historical topics, this is a thesis about the course of the global historical process uncontrollable by people, as well as unpredictable in advance for them. All public management, according to this thesis, has chronological limits within the life span of one generation, and spatial boundaries - if not state borders, these are the boundaries on which the military force of this state in peacetime can be based and carry out patrols in combat formations. And beyond these chronological and geographical boundaries, everything according to him supposedly flows by itself without any purposeful influence of certain internal forces. The desire to establish on a global scale something similar to racially “elite” reconstructions of the life of the lost Atlantis can be traced throughout history current civilization. And it can be seen more clearly the more its science and technology achieve. However, in the current global civilization, the naked possession of “masters” with “talking tools” and the open division of society into “masters” and “working cattle” could not be established.
