Imagine that 450 successful, outstanding people agreed to take turns meeting with you in person and talking. Chances are you'd like to know what secrets and principles help them achieve impressive results in different areas of their lives.

Dave Asprey did just that. He interviewed the best of the best in a variety of professions, some of whom were pioneers in their fields: bold researchers whose ideas went against mainstream scientific thought, famous athletes, biochemists and innovative doctors who found new ways to combat diseases, leaders in the personal growth industry, as well as writers, artists, prominent representatives of the business world and many others who had something important and useful to share.

Then he analyzed all the tips and ideas and formulated 46 rules with which you can become smarter, faster and happier. In his book, he offers a scheme that allows you to achieve a lot in those matters and areas that you personally like.

From the author I like talking with people who have invented or done something new, and I decided to write a book, based on the information they shared with me.

It all started when I started the Bulletproof Radio podcast and as part of this project, I interviewed the best of the best in various professions, and some of my guests were pioneers in their own directions. After some time, the podcast became known and interesting to so many people that it was awarded an award. It was ranked among the most popular in its category on iTunes, reaching 75 million downloads. I have always remained interested in conversations with outstanding innovators. It should be noted that by the time I started hosting the podcast, I had a long, long path of self-improvement behind me: for nineteen years in a row I sought to improve everything in my life that I could, and spent a huge amount of money using various means and techniques. What I did was use rejuvenation technologies, consult specialists who studied brain function, visit monasteries in remote corners of Tibet, and work with professionals in Silicon Valley. I longed to find the simplest and most effective ways to become better in all aspects of my personality. It was obvious that this could be done alone impossible.

And I began to seek help from people from various walks of life. Among them were courageous researchers whose ideas ran counter to the main directions of scientific thought, famous athletes, biochemists, innovative doctors, shamans, nutritionists who worked with participants in the Olympic Games, meditation experts, Navy SEALs, leaders in the personal growth industry, and many others. others who I thought had something important and useful to share. Thanks to these people, I changed my life.

Tips of the book Contains recommendations for reading and listening, which contributes to a more complete immersion in the material of the book.

Who is the book for? For those who want to gain new knowledge and methods for self-development.

For those who are looking for new ways to develop.

For those who are looking for inspiration for new achievements.
