A story with elements of the fairy tale about Emelya the Fool and the Inspector General. According to the first storyline, the Hero, a village boy, drowned a collective farm tractor and, in order to earn money for repairs, goes to the City to work as a taxi driver. One day he gives a ride to a hacker who leaves him a flash drive that allows him to go to a Secret website and give orders that are binding on all government agencies. He took advantage of this twice, helping an Asian janitor and a student protect themselves from injustice and harassment. But this reaches the most influential people in the country and they take him for the Receiver of Himself, who has left to meditate and is not available. And then the second storyline begins. All characters and settings are fictitious, with the exception of those in fairy tales.
