Correspondence with M.A. Aldanov - one of the largest corpuses of the epistolary of G.V. Adamovich. And this despite the fact that only letters from the post-war period have survived. Both writers probably met in the early 1920s. and subsequently both were published primarily in the same publications: Latest News, Sovremennye Zapiski, after the war - in the New Journal. Both sympathized with each other, obviously belonging to the aristocratic category of emigrant literature - a small circle whose borders were determined solely by the changeable opinions of people, with their inherent struggle of ambitions, reputations and influences. The publication of this corpus of letters sheds light on another page in the history of Russian emigration, literary collisions and extremely difficult personal relationships of its most significant figures. Preface, preparation of the text and comments by O.A. Korosteleva. From the book “Yearbook of the House of Russian Abroad named after Alexander Solzhenitsyn, 2011.” pp. 290–478.
