We are accustomed to thinking that processes and management are something boring and dull, while startups are dynamic and exciting, where there is no room for any rules. However, the opposite is true: creating a startup must be subject to a clear methodology with strictly defined steps. The main idea of the Lean Startup method, developed by Eric Ries, is to quickly test new product ideas with real consumers and constantly adjust the business model so that to start large-scale investments only when the idea is confirmed by facts. Those who have already become acquainted with this book say this about it: if you are an entrepreneur, urgently drop everything, sit down and read!
