This book presents all the tables of the Pevzner diet, which has proven effective in treating a wide range of diseases. For each of the numbers the following are indicated: indications for the use of the diet; basic recommendations on diet options for acute and chronic periods of illness; instructions for culinary processing of products; energy value; sample menus for the day and week; recipes, tips on how to diversify the patient’s menu. Tube diets are a separate category of therapeutic diets - a type of nutrition for maxillofacial operations and injuries, diseases in which the patient is unable to chew and swallow food.
