Deja vu motifs in the works of modern authors as an attempt to understand the structure of the entire universe, its global changes, socio-historical processes, as well as prospects for personal development and creative processes. Deja vu came into Russian from French (Déjà Vu) and is translated as “already seen.” It was introduced into the scientific world of psychology by the French psychologist Emile Boirac (1851–1917), and since then it has begun to persistently penetrate not only into world medical or scientific terminology, but also into all areas of creativity of artists, writers and poets. The magical charm of a beautiful, mysterious word and the clear, but so multifaceted concept behind it did not leave Russian authors indifferent, who picked up the tradition. Increasingly, the word deja vu and associated images, fantasies and plots began to appear in the dictionary of Russian contemporary writers and poets, which undoubtedly enriched all genres of lyricism and prose. This anthology contains poems and examples of short prose by our contemporaries - poets and writers, former compatriots scattered around the world, but continuing to write in Russian.

The text of the book was translated from the original language using an artificial intelligence program. For the most part, the translation of the text is of very high quality, but in some cases, due to the imperfection of the technology, there may be incorrect phrase translations in the text, as well as single words and expressions may not be translated.
