The article substantiates and meaningfully reveals the institutional and economic-organizational prerequisites for the development of a strategic partnership between the state and business in the processes of clustering the socio-economic space of regions and the development of public-private partnership projects. These include: transformation of existing regional cluster development centers, created in the forms of a state autonomous institution or a state budgetary institution, into a commercial organization, the founders of which will be government bodies and business structures; introducing into practice the management of the development processes of public-private partnerships, clustering of the socio-economic space of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, new strategic management documents developed jointly by government bodies and business, including: a scheme for the development and placement of the productive forces of the region, strategies and state programs for the development of clusters.< /p>
