Can peoples who were once bloodily at odds coexist peacefully, or even coexist within the same state? The example of Russians and Tatars, Russians and Germans clearly shows that they can, despite the “difficult” historical memory and different religions. But there are also opposite examples: some peoples of the former Yugoslavia, Israelis and Palestinians, Hindus and Muslims in India, blacks and whites in the USA. They differ not so much in terms of religion or skin color, they are incompatible in mentality. There are also peoples of the former USSR who are incompatible, primarily mentally. This collection is about this incompatibility.
