A collection of poems and poems by Ilyazd (Ilya Zdanevich, 1894–1975), written in France and compiled into five books, published by him in collectible editions (with illustrations by P. Picasso, J. Braque, A. Giacometti, L. Survage and J. Ribmont-Dessenya). Supplemented with the text of the unpublished poem "Brigade" (1938–1954), composed in connection with the events of the Civil War in Spain. The book is equipped with detailed comments containing many interesting details from the author's life.
