Pavel Polyan's new book contains works on the relationship between memory and unconsciousness, politics and history: an issue that, alas, never ceases to be relevant. “Historiomor” is a neologism and metaphor – this is the triumph of politics, propaganda and anti-historicism (oblivion) over history itself, memory and truth. Its main manifestations are obvious: tabooization of topics and sources (“Don’t you dare!”), falsification and mythologization of empiricism (“In a certain kingdom, in a certain state…”) and denial, or relativization, of established factography (“Shadow on the fence!”).
The text of the book was translated from the original language using an artificial intelligence program. For the most part, the translation of the text is of very high quality, but in some cases, due to the imperfection of the technology, there may be incorrect phrase translations in the text, as well as single words and expressions may not be translated.

Поляна порушує важливі теми, такі як ГУЛАГ, депортації, війна та Голокост, які, на жаль, залишаються актуальними й сьогодні. Його стиль письма є зрозумілим і доступним, що дозволяє читачеві легко зануритися в складні концепції. Незважаючи на деякі недоліки в перекладі, які, на жаль, є наслідком використання технології штучного інтелекту, загальна якість тексту залишається високою. Ця книга не лише інформує, але й закликає до роздумів, спонукаючи читача критично оцінювати історичні наративи та їхнє місце в сучасному світі.
