Mushrooms in Russia are harvested traditionally, from time immemorial, and are also traditionally used for food, so our mushroom cuisine is more diverse than anywhere else. But before you go on a “quiet hunt” in protected forests, you need to know the edible mushrooms growing in them and be able to distinguish them from poisonous ones.
