Книга "Сільська кухня" стала для мене справжнім відкриттям. Я завжди шукала прості, але смачні рецепти, які можна приготувати на плиті або в духовці, і ця книга перевершила всі мої очікування. Кожен рецепт детально описаний, що робить процес приготування легким і зрозумілим навіть для новачків. Я була вражена різноманітністю страв: від тушкованих овочів до запеченого м'яса – все виглядає дуже апетитно і ароматно. Особливо сподобалися рецепти з сезонними овочами та домашнім сиром, які додають стравам особливого смаку. Єдине, що трохи розчарувало – це якість перекладу. Деколи зустрічалися некоректні фрази, але це не завадило мені насолоджуватися читанням і приготуванням. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто любить готувати смачні страви з простих інгредієнтів!
