The new subseries “In the Distance of Time” brings together novels, novellas and short stories dedicated to primitive people. We open it with the anthology “People from the Red Rock,” which includes little-known and forgotten works by Ukrainian authors of the 1920s. These are fragments of the experimental novel by the futurist G. Shkurupia “Doors in the Day” and the stories of N. Zabila (“The Tale of the Red Beast”) and G. Babenko (“People from the Red Rock”) translated into Russian for the first time.
The text of the book was translated from the original language using an artificial intelligence program. For the most part, the translation of the text is of very high quality, but in some cases, due to the imperfection of the technology, there may be incorrect phrase translations in the text, as well as single words and expressions may not be translated.

Цікаве дослідження первісної культури через призму української літератури
Антологія «Люди з червоної скелі» стала для мене справжнім відкриттям. Поєднуючи маловідомі твори українських авторів 1920-х років, ця книга пропонує читачеві унікальну можливість зануритися в атмосферу первісного світу та зрозуміти, як наші предки сприймали навколишню дійсність. Особливо вразили фрагменти експериментального роману Г. Шкурупія, які відкривають нові горизонти в розумінні людських переживань та емоцій. Хоча переклад тексту за допомогою штучного інтелекту має свої недоліки, загалом він досить якісний і не заважає насолоджуватися змістом. Ця книга стане чудовим доповненням до бібліотеки кожного, хто цікавиться історією, культурою та літературою. Рекомендую всім, хто хоче відкрити для себе нові грані української літератури!
