Jean-Philippe Arroux-Vigneault is one of the six Jean brothers who will be discussed. Or more precisely, Jean B., the second oldest. Since childhood, he loved to read. In 1984, he published his first “adult” novel, for which he received the “Best Debut” award, and a few years later he published his second book, a children’s book. Today Arrou-Vigneault, the author of about thirty books, heads the children's literature department at the largest independent French publishing house, Gallimard.
