In the article “Artificial Ice Formation in the Mountains” the author is Kasymov Sh.R. based on the study of numerous information (published on the Internet) about the problems associated with the melting of glaciers in the world and Kazakhstan, statements and proposals of the authors of the literature used in the work, comes to the conclusion about the possibility of providing assistance to nature in the form of artificial ice formation, through the construction of low dams, gives approximate conditions for their creation, estimated costs and principles of operation in relation to the areas of the Tuyuksu and Shokalsky glaciers. This technique can, in principle, be used in other mountainous areas where there are glaciers.
