I don’t want to write memoirs about the events of life in my era; that’s not my main goal. Nor will it be an autobiography in the usual sense of the word, telling the story of my life in chronological order. If this is an autobiography, it will be a philosophical autobiography, a history of spirit and self-awareness. ..."
