Sergei Stepashin, who came to power in 1990, not only remained in the state system, but also in every post he occupied, left vivid memories. From an ordinary deputy through the positions of director of the FSB, ministers of justice and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he reached the post of chairman of the government.
