The compiler of the book, Sophia Streel-Revere, has been collecting the speeches of the Dalai Lama for more than fifteen years. The film “Dalai Lama: Life After Life” was filmed based on her script. In January 2009, the Dalai Lama personally approved the work of Ms. Streel-Revere in publishing her speeches.
