The monograph is devoted to the analysis of the Tibetan-speaking scholastic literature of the philosophical faculties of Buddhist monasteries in Central Asia and the Tibeto-Mongolian interpretation of the doctrine of dependent origination presented in it. The principles on which this literature is based are determined, a methodology for studying specific topics is developed, and the integral concept of dependent emergence is established. The appendix provides translations from the Tibetan language of the Sutras and works of Nagarjuna, Buddhapalita, Tsongkhava and Zhamyan Shadba, a terminological dictionary. The book may be useful for Tibetologists, Buddhist scholars, philosophers, teachers and cultural historians.
