In this book, I propose to turn to that part of our inner world that is the source of wisdom and supports our ability to perform clear and powerful embodied actions. This way of being comes from what I call the “intuitive state,” the spontaneous, intelligent, and creative part of ourselves, uncorrupted by fear and confusion. In the first part of the book, I describe how to settle into your own body. Without a strong root system or foundation, intuitive perception cannot be focused on embodied action. The second part discusses mental perception and working with movement and the power of thought. This prepares to create sufficient space in which the wisdom of intuition can awaken, as described in part three. In the fourth part, I turn to the nature of embodied action - irimi, completely immersing the reader in reality and showing how our perception works in various life situations. The exercises presented at the end of the book illustrate the techniques described in the previous parts. They can be used as proposed or modified and integrated into your own practice.
