The real effectiveness of any economic measures is determined by their impact on people's attitudes towards work. Unfortunately, managers rarely take into account the social consequences of decisions made, which, as a rule, are not complex, but purely economic or technical in nature. Any manager realizes that it is necessary to encourage people to work for the organization, but at the same time believes that simple material rewards are enough for them. Such a policy can be successful, but in essence it is not correct. How can managers ensure that their employees work effectively? This is discussed in detail in this book. It examines the basic concepts and psychological aspects of labor motivation, methods of stimulating employees and motivational resources for managing an organization. Research on labor motivation conducted by the author at enterprises of various forms of ownership and fields of activity allowed him to propose a new system for diagnosing worker motivation. They will allow managers to choose from a variety of resources, methods and management schemes the system that is closest to them for forming a motivational mechanism and, taking into account the specific features inherent only in their field of activity, apply it to increase the productivity of employees.
