The poems of Edgar Allan Poe, his fears and hopes are mixed with the living paintings of the brilliant artist and the tragedy that took the lives of his servants and family during the Civil War, turning genius into madness. His paintings become a map of the suffering he experienced. His house turns into a gallery of horrors that can open the gates to hell. Now evil is looking for a creator who can revive all these creatures of darkness and allow them to gain flesh. The house calls a great writer into its womb. But evil does not tolerate refusal. Generation after generation, the house seeks servants, and its art gallery drives people crazy. But evil, born of despair and the pain of loss, has no power over the descendant of the artist who created it. A girl, in whose veins the blood of a brilliant artist flows, is able to put an end to the long bloody history of her ancestor’s house and the crazy art gallery that continues to paint itself, swallowing the souls of everyone who had the temerity to see these paintings.
