The book "Karl Mikael Bellman. Fredman's Messages. Fredman's Songs" fills a very significant gap: readers will become acquainted with the main works of the great Swedish poet Karl Mikael Bellman - his messages and songs. The publication includes all 147 Messages and Songs. The book is not a musical publication, so only some musical examples are included in it. Bellman was destined to have the same role in Swedish literature as Pushkin in Russian literature. This is the first truly national poet, who was the first to combine high culture with folk principles, with a depiction of the real life of Sweden. But Bellman's role is not limited to his poetry.
