The book is a short guide to achieving a sustainable feeling of happiness. It consists of simple spiritual principles and rules, following which you can feel happy regardless of race, place of life, sexual orientation, religious affiliation or lack thereof. All the rules, spiritual principles and practices outlined are part of my personal experience. There is nothing written in this book that I haven’t gone through myself.
