But the younger generation, already born in the Meekhan Empire, was brought up on the heroic tales of their ancestors and longs to return their land, which they have never seen. General Laskolnik and his squad are participating in a plan of unprecedented scale: to help the Van Drivers recapture their home from the nomads. But for this, a huge caravan needs to overcome high snow-capped mountains, where death has settled on the passes and trails. Here people disappear over and over again, and no one is able to get on the trail of the mysterious criminals. But it is here that the heroes of the North and East will meet: Kaylean, a horsewoman from the Laskolnik detachment, and Kenneth, a lieutenant of the Red Six, the famous unit of the Mountain Guard.
