The winner of the Paris cookbook competition, holder of a diploma for the world's best book about national cuisine in 2012, Stalik Khankishiev, presents his new book about shish kebab - the first of a new series in which the author decided to take a closer look at the main tools of oriental cuisine - barbecue, cauldron and tandoor, and tell everything about such great dishes as pilaf, shish kebab, shurpa and hundreds of other masterpieces that decorate world cuisine.
