In addition to journalistic and writing work, the author has been teaching literature for more than twenty years: together with the poet Yuri Kuznetsov, he led a poetry seminar at the Higher Literary Courses at the Literary Institute, gave lectures and led seminars on literature of different periods at the Moscow Pedagogical State University (MPGU), of which he was a professor.
