Forecasters threaten a sleepy border town on the southern borders of Russia with a storm warning. At the same time, clouds are gathering over the town itself, in which a series of crimes unheard of for this wilderness is taking place - kidnapping, murder and torture, attempts on police officers... All the threads lead to a huge batch of drugs that ended up in the city. Law enforcement officers manage to seize a record 100 kilograms of heroin, but this turns out to be just the beginning. Because along with a monstrous thunderstorm, a much worse disaster befalls the rural police: a gang of ruthless mercenaries. The heavily armed killers decide to get the bags with the potion at any cost. Even if to do this they have to do the impossible - and storm the police department building.
