In this book I will not question the verdict of the Nuremberg Tribunal. I want to write about another - as it seems to me, no less important aspect. Article six of the Tribunal's Statute states: “The following acts, or any of them, are crimes subject to the jurisdiction of the Tribunal and entail individual responsibility: a) crimes against peace, namely: planning, preparing, initiating or waging war of aggression or war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances, or participation in a common plan or conspiracy aimed at carrying out any of the foregoing actions." Since all other charges against the leaders of Germany flow precisely from this paragraph - for without planning and preparation for an aggressive war, neither war crimes in its course nor the crimes against humanity that accompany it are possible - then, therefore, this very accusation is the main and fundamental one in the entire Nuremberg trial. “All of the accused, together with others, were, for several years preceding May 8, 1945, the leaders, organizers, instigators and accomplices in the creation and execution of a common plan or conspiracy to commit crimes against peace, war crimes and crimes against humanity, as defined in the charter of this Tribunal, and, in accordance with the provisions of the Charter, are individually responsible for their own acts and for all acts done by any person in furtherance of such plan or conspiracy." This is the biggest lie of the Nuremberg "tribunal." Because there really was no “conspiracy to commit crimes against peace” or to start a world war on the part of the leadership of the Third Reich. Not only did it not exist, but it could not exist. In fact, National Socialist Germany DIDN’T PREPARATION FOR A WORLD WAR. National Socialist Germany WAS NOT ABLE TO WAGE IT. The war was prepared by completely different actors in world politics - And in this book I will prove it.
