Книга "Дійти до перевалу" вражає своєю глибиною та емоційним наповненням. Автор майстерно переносить читача з кривавого пекла Варшави до мальовничих Татр, створюючи контраст між жахами війни та красою природи. Яскраво прописані персонажі, зокрема капітан Савушкін, викликають симпатію та співчуття, адже вони не лише виконують військові завдання, а й стикаються з моральними дилемами та втратами. Книга не лише розповідає про військові дії, але й про людські почуття, дружбу та відданість. Незважаючи на те, що текст перекладено за допомогою штучного інтелекту, якість перекладу в цілому задовольняє, і лише в окремих моментах можна помітити незначні недоліки.
