This book consists of four parts. The first part of the book is devoted to a description of the physiology of the eye. Factors influencing the visual process are investigated and objective criteria for assessing the state of vision are proposed. You will also be introduced to introductory eye exercises. The second part of the book states that changes in visual acuity throughout the day are a normal process. The way we see depends largely on our attitude to the events that we encounter in everyday life. Next, we explore our characteristic visual habits and the dependence of vision on nutrition and physical activity. A technique is proposed that allows you to adapt vision to changing external conditions. Using this technique, you can restore your vision and choose the optimal eye strain mode. The third part of the book presents the concept of “inner vision”. It is shown how a subjective assessment of events can affect vision. It is explained why visual acuity in general depends on the joint work of the left and right eyes (due to the left and right hemisphere activity of the brain). The fourth part of the book describes the Vision Improvement Program “Seeing Without Glasses” " The program consists of three stages. You should go through these stages sequentially, step by step, performing all the proposed exercises and tracking the body's responses. All four parts of the book are relatively independent. The first three parts are devoted to the theory and clinical evidence that underlie the practical Seeing Without Glasses method described in part four. I recommend reading the first three parts of the book to become familiar with the proposed concept of vision restoration, at least in general terms. This will help you better understand the method itself. In the fourth part of the book you will find detailed instructions that will help you develop your own vision restoration program. Depending on your needs, you can choose the exercises you need or use a ready-made technique. You may want to make changes to your diet. It cannot be ruled out that for one reason or another you may find it inappropriate to use a blindfold or blindfold. Whatever exercise you choose will help your eyes. You can do these exercises as needed.
