The purpose and meaning of the book is a collection of individual letters, interviews and short articles written by the author over almost twenty years. Its name - “Negotiations” - must be understood in the spirit of military strategy and tactics, and if someone sees diplomatic nuances in it, then we can only talk about diplomacy as the continuation of hostilities by other means. The newest philosophy, having refused to cooperate with the authorities, doomed itself to permanent war with all its faces.
