As for the content of my novel, I agree in advance with the opinion of any reader, since everything in the world can be interpreted either way. Perhaps someone will take Jack London's advice regarding this text and “leave it unread”, if they can, of course. In any case, I tried to do everything in my power to prevent this from happening. At the same time, the two parts of this novel are not identical in style to each other. I encountered the same difficulties as G. Mann in his book about the glorious King Henry IV: the book about the young years of my hero turned out to be very complete, and about his mature years - fragmented. This is understandable: the universe of a mature person is steadily expanding to a certain limit, opening up to him more and more new areas of existence. It is impossible to describe all this in all details, and probably not necessary, and a sense of proportion forced me to turn the second part of the novel into a kind of series of short stories and parables...
