Three previously unpublished stories by American writer Jerome David Salinger have appeared on the Internet. Moreover, as the author bequeathed, they should have been published no earlier than 50 years after his death. The authenticity of the stories was confirmed by Salinger researcher Kenneth Slavensky. In an email to Buzzfeed, he wrote: "Although it seems unethical to me to publish Salinger's stories, the text in this document matches the text in the copies that I have in my possession."
