In the book “Choice,” the author sets out his concept of American global leadership: only the United States can and should be a world leader, but this, in turn, requires the United States to cease being a state pursuing its own narrow national interests, and represent the interests of the whole world. In the book “Strategic View,” Z. Brzezinski already criticizes American policy, calling for a reconsideration of its position as “God’s chosen world hegemon,” otherwise the United States will face the same systemic crisis that destroyed the USSR in its time.
